When will my order ship?

All of our products are hand made to order (unless otherwise stated) so if you haven't yet received a shipping notification, it will still be in the processing stage. I process orders in batches and ship orders 1 -2  times a week. I do aim to get you your happy mail as quickly as possible but do check for current processing times before making an order.

 

Where is my tracking?

Tracking is only available for those that have purchased the tracked shipping option. Standard postage options DO NOT having tracking. So if you wish to track your order please purchase the correct shipping option.

When will my order arrive?

What are the current processing times?

Current processing times are 2 - 4 weeks. Processing times are also updated in the announcement bar at the top of the site.

Do you have any coupon codes?

Coupon codes are posted on our Instagram and Facebook page as well as in our Facebook Group.

We also have PR codes available that are often shared on our PR teams Instagram pages.

 

Do you take custom requests?

Custom requests for stickers or other items are not something we provide. However if you have an idea you think would be good then feel free to suggest it in our Facebook group.

How big are the stickers and how many on each sheet?

Each listing comes with a clear picture that represents the sheets and the amount of stickers.

Where are my Freebies?

Sorry! Sometimes freebies like to escape or jump ship. Again I am sorry but they will not be replaced or resent. They are something I add for fun and not guaranteed.
